Support
Live Better is built and supported by one person. Email is the fastest way to reach me, and most questions below have a fix you can do yourself right now.
Contact
Email support@live-better.app. I read every message and usually reply within two business days.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Whether you were in the iPhone app or on the website, and the email you signed up with.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the More tab, and your iPhone model.
Common questions
I forgot my password
- On the sign-in screen, in the app or on the website, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email you signed up with. If an account exists, a reset link arrives within a minute or two. Check spam if you do not see it.
- Open the link and choose a new password. Links expire after an hour and work once; request another if yours has expired.
- Sign in with the new password. If your phone offers to fill the old one, dismiss that and type the new one.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app or the website: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and everything in it, including habits, goals, monthly focuses, workouts, stats, and preferences. Workouts and steps recorded in Apple Health stay in Health; Live Better never removes anything from the Health app.
Apple Health is not importing
- In the app, go to Settings → Apple Health and make sure Import from Health is on.
- If the app cannot read Health data, open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Live Better and allow Steps and Workouts.
- Live Better only reads steps and workouts, and only on the iPhone. The website shows what the app imported.
Reminders are not arriving
- Check the reminder is on and the time is right under Settings → Daily Reminders in the app.
- Make sure notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Live Better.
- Reminders are delivered by the app on your phone, so they only fire on a device where the app is installed and signed in.
Do the app and the website share my data?
Yes. One account works in both places, and anything you log in one shows up in the other.
Privacy
How your data is handled, including Apple Health data, is described in the Privacy Policy.
